Performance Data Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for an analytical, curious, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Baltic team and support performance data management and variable compensation processes.

In this role, you will collect, validate, structure, and analyze data from multiple systems, calculate monthly variable compensation, and collaborate with managers across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. We are looking for someone who not only works accurately with numbers but also understands the business logic behind them, identifies inconsistencies, and ensures reliable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and maintain data from various company systems across the Baltic countries (Power BI, SAP, Automaster, and others).
  • Consolidate and structure data from multiple sources for further analysis and calculations.
  • Perform monthly variable compensation calculations based on approved KPI models.
  • Analyze results, verify data accuracy, and identify potential inconsistencies.
  • Apply established calculation logic to non-standard situations and propose appropriate solutions when exceptions arise.
  • Discuss calculation results and data-related questions with managers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and analyses for the Business and Finance Controlling teams.
  • Contribute to KPI administration, data quality improvement, and process optimization initiatives.

What We Expect:

  • Higher education in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, finance, or a similar role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple information systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand business logic behind the data and make sound decisions in non-standard situations.
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, or Automaster.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with KPI administration, bonus schemes, commission calculations, or other performance-based compensation models.
  • Experience preparing reports and analyses for business stakeholders.

 

The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from €2,600 to €3,200, depending on your experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
